The Stellantis Digital Concierge service offers a complementary service to follow-up on your leads. Leads coming in through the Stellantis Digital Dealer program can also be routed to a Concierge staff that would contact those lead consumers on your behalf.

This service allows experienced and knowledgeable call center agents to attempt to get the consumer interested in setting up an appointment, which is very beneficial to dealers that may not have a BDC for lead follow-up or with other resource constraints.

The Concierge Service is offered free to Stellantis dealers within the Stellantis Digital Dealer Program.
